The holiday home itself is built to a residential standard and has all mod cons including double glazing and gas central heating. It is well equipped and has high levels of décor, fixtures and fittings. The lounge has two leather sofas, one being a double sofa bed, a CD player with radio and a television with video and DVD players. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, a bread maker, and plenty of cooking and dining utensils. A table and 4 chairs are provided with an additional 4 chairs available in the tall kitchen unit if necessary. There is also a separate downstairs cloakroom/toilet.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms both en suite with double opening doors to a balcony out onto the front of the property. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and shower. Bedroom 2 has two single beds a wardrobe and bath. Both have additional storage to accommodate all your needs. Outside there is your own parking space to the right of the property and whilst all other areas are communal. There is also a barbeque stored at the rear of the lodge for your use. Please note that as a normal TV signal is non existent in this area, the picture received is via satellite and the sky viewing card allows access to Freesat (Sky's version of Freeview). Upon booking a more detailed inventory will be provided as this may help when deciding what to take, but overall we have tried to provide everything that may be needed for an enjoyable stay. Gas, electric, water and cleaning are included in the price, All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, but not beach towels. The lodge is non smoking and no pets are allowed.

The Park is still being developed but the work being done is not intrusive. The people working there are few in number and we have still found the park to be peaceful even at busy times!
